The hotel was surprisingly spacious and provided a great view from the room with two king size single beds, which was perfect after a long journey without sleep. I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel with its very large, very clean rooms that provided a separate wet room and WC, offering a nice, clean, good size, and comfortable space. However, there were moments when the service was not as friendly as expected, with a slight issue during parking. The location, while a bit far from the city center, was easily accessible and convenient by car or public transport.
The hotel is located in a quiet place with a view of the river, just 15 minutes by car to Zeil Street, making it convenient for exploring the area. The rooms offer a nice view but lack a safe for added security, which would have been a plus. The service, while friendly, could be more attentive to the needs of customers, and the dining options could be improved for a more international touch. The location being nearly empty during the weekend due to its industrial surroundings can be seen as a pro or con depending on preferences.
My stay at the Delta hotel for 3 nights was fantastic. The rooms were very large, very clean, with a separate wet room and WC, even more spacious than expected, and conveniently located near the elevators. The service was above-and-beyond all expectations, with a friendly and helpful staff. The location, though a bit far from the city center, was very easy to reach by car or public transport. The dining experience, while a bit limited, was still enjoyable. The facilities were excellent overall.
